CreatorPilot supports complete account data deletion requests. You can remove app access from Instagram or contact us directly to start deletion.
Option 1: Remove app access in Instagram
- Open Instagram settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites (or Website Permissions).
- Find CreatorPilot and remove access.
- This triggers the deletion workflow for your account data.
Option 2: Email deletion request
Email theeppisai@gmail.com with subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your Instagram username.
What gets deleted
- Campaign configuration and variants.
- Connected account tokens and related metadata.
- Delivery logs, click tracking events, and account-level records.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 7 business days of request confirmation.
